This is a letter that should have been written long ago. My wife Carla and I
were looking for a new vehicle for our new family and decided on a Land Rover.
We needed a vehicle that was well built, solid and above all safe. We came to
Land Rover of Rocklin after viewing some of the vehicles on your website and
calling the dealership. When we arrived we were greeted by Grant Lemeur and
for the first time enjoyed the process of purchasing a vehicle from a
dealership. Grant provided Carla and I a truly enjoyable experience from
choosing a vehicle to showing us how to operate the features unique to Land
Rovers. Gregg Ponath in the business office also added to our overall great
experience at your dealership by keeping the paperwork process fast and
easygoing.
I have had several occasions to take our Discovery to the service department at
your dealership. I have never had such extraordinary service with attention
to detail before. We have purchased new vehicles at several local dealerships
in the past and the other guys have never even come close to matching the
service we have received at your dealership. I have always been met by Jim
Mitchell and he has always taken great care of us.
We recently were preparing to take our first family trip with our new son Lucca
so we brought our Discovery in for the required service. I must have
mentioned our upcoming trip to Jim because when we got our Discovery back that
night not only was the service completed and the vehicle cleaned, but the
service team at your dealership had gone through the Discovery and repaired
some items I did not even know about. I now just smile when I hear others
complaining about taking their vehicles in for service and then tell them
about my experiences. I have also purchased several accessories from your
parts department and Christopher Ehrat has definitely gone the extra mile to
make sure I get the right parts. He recently spent quite some time while
fitting an auxiliary lighting switch into the dash with me.
It is quite evident that your commitment to customer satisfaction extends to
all departments at Land Rover of Rocklin and we definitely appreciate being
able to have such a nice dealership to do business with.
